What this means if you’re selling

  • Price for the market you’re in now. Homes are selling near list price, but buyers have time to compare.
  • On acreage, plan for a longer sale. Get your septic Use Permit and well records ready before you list.

What this means if you’re buying

  • You have more time and more room to ask for inspections and repairs than in recent years.
  • Homes that have sat for 60+ days may be open to a conversation on price or terms.
